What happens after you send your request
We read every request and reply with a fixed price per vehicle, by e-mail or WhatsApp: within 2 hours if you send it between 7 am and 1 am (Paris time), during the morning if you send it between 1 am and 7 am. That price includes everything the price list always includes: the free waiting time, tolls, parking and the child seats you asked for. It does not depend on the time, the day or the traffic.
If something is missing to price your trip properly, such as the exact address or the return time for a day out, we ask you before giving a price, rather than adding a line after the ride. While the "provisional prices" banner is shown on the site, the amount that counts is the one in our written reply.
Asking for a price commits you to nothing. You can compare, talk it over with your travel companions, and come back to us when you are ready.
What changes the price, and what does not
- The trip and the vehicle set the price: sedan (3 passengers at most) or V-Class van (7 at most).
- Your flight or train number does not change the price, but it lets us follow the real arrival and adjust the pick-up time.
- The children's ages do not change the price either: they tell us which seat to bring.
- A stop on the way or a second address goes in your message: it is then included in the fixed price.
