Privacy policy
To give you a price and organise a ride, we need a few details about you and your journey. This page explains which ones, why, how long we keep them, who sees them and how to exercise your rights. Updated on . This is a translation: in the event of any difference, the French version prevails.
1. Data controller
[ENTITÉ], operator of the Precelya brand, [ADRESSE]. For any question about your data: [email protected].
2. The information we receive
Through the price request form: the type of service, the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the date and time, the flight or train number, the number of passengers and bags, the vehicle you would like, the number of child seats and the children's ages, your name, your company name if you give it, your e-mail address, phone number and message. The form also sends the language and address of the page it was sent from.
By e-mail or phone: whatever you choose to tell us to prepare or follow up a ride.
During the ride: the information needed to carry it out and invoice it.
When you visit the site: audience measurement, only if you have clicked "Accept" in the cookie banner, and the technical connection data the hosting provider processes to deliver pages and protect the site. The site's fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service: on every visit, your browser therefore sends your IP address to Google as soon as the page opens.
For children, we only ask for their age, so that we bring the right seat; their names are not needed. We ask for no payment details on this website.
In the form, the type of service, pick-up point, date, time, number of passengers, your name, e-mail and phone number are required: without them we can neither work out a price nor reply, and the driver could not reach you on the day. The other fields are optional. No decision about you is made by automated means.
3. Why, and on what basis
| Why | Legal basis (General Data Protection Regulation) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your price request | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract |
| Organising and carrying out the booked ride, reaching you on the day | Performance of the contract |
| Issuing the invoice and keeping the accounts | Legal obligation |
| Handling a complaint | Performance of the contract and legitimate interest in defending our rights |
| Measuring site audience | Your consent, given by "Accept" and withdrawable at any time |
| Protecting the site against abuse | Legitimate interest |
| Displaying the site with its fonts (Google Fonts) | Legitimate interest in a readable, consistent display of the site |
The box ticked at the bottom of the form confirms that you have read this policy and that your information is used to reply to your request. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. How long we keep it
Retention periods: [RETENTION PERIODS: proposal 3 years from the last exchange for a price request that went no further, 10 years for the accounting records of an invoiced ride, to be confirmed]. At the end of these periods, the information is deleted or made anonymous.
5. Who has access
- The operator, to reply and organise the ride.
- The driver assigned to the ride, limited to what the ride needs: passenger's name, phone number, addresses, flight or train, number of passengers and bags, child seats.
- The website's hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (see the legal notice).
- The e-mail delivery service: [PRESTATAIRE E-MAIL].
- Google, to display the site's fonts (Google Fonts service): your IP address is sent to it on every visit; see Google's privacy policy.
- The audience measurement tool, Google Analytics, only after you agree.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by: [SAFEGUARDS FOR TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU].
6. Your rights
You may ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or object to its processing, and receive it in a common format to pass it on elsewhere. You may withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time, without affecting what was done before.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within the time limits set by the General Data Protection Regulation. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the CNIL, France's data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to requests and bookings is limited to the people who need it to organise the ride.
8. Cookies
Cookies and the Accept / Decline choice are explained in our cookie policy.
9. Updates to this policy
This policy may change, for example when online booking opens. The date of its latest revision appears at the top. This English page is a translation; in the event of any difference, the French version prevails.
