The right vehicle for the size of the group
Two cars cover almost every request. Prices are per vehicle, never per passenger: a van with two travellers or with seven costs the same, which keeps group quotes simple.

The prices a traveller pays when booking direct are public, dated and the same for everyone: they are gathered on the Paris private driver price list. The rate card for professionals is not published. It is sent on request, once we know which trips you plan to entrust to us, how often and for which groups.
In both cases the underlying rule is the same: one price per vehicle, set before the ride, with no night surcharge.

You entrust us with a trip
Date and time, flight or train, addresses, passengers, bags, children's ages and the name for the board.

A written confirmation with the fixed price and the vehicle. On the day, the flight or train is tracked and the driver waits.
What we do not sell: a sightseeing service. The driver drops off, waits and picks up; the driver gives no commentary and does not replace the organiser of your programme.
Questions from agencies and travel professionals
Do you publish a rate for agencies?
No. The rate card for professionals is not published: it is sent on request, after a first conversation about what you need. The public prices, those of a traveller booking direct, are on the price list and stay the same whatever the hour.
Can the driver hold a name board with the agency's name?
The board carries the name you give in the booking: your client's, or the agency's if you prefer. Specify it with the other details of the booking.
Which vehicle for a group of eight or more?
One vehicle carries 7 passengers at most. Beyond that you need several vehicles: tell us the size of the group and the number of bags, and we price each car, sedan or van, and confirm what is possible for the date you ask.
The agency's clients are travelling with children: what do we need to send you?
The age of each child. The driver brings suitable seats and fits them at no extra cost, as for any other traveller. In France a suitable child restraint is compulsory up to the age of 10.
Do you work for hotels and concierge desks, or only for agencies?
For every professional who arranges trips for guests or clients: travel agencies, inbound operators, hotels and concierge desks. It works the same way: a fixed price per trip, a written confirmation, a driver on the spot.
