How much free airport waiting time do Paris transfer services give?
The short answer
The market norm is 60 free minutes after landing (Welcome, Transfeero, Hoppa, Blacklane, Drivigo). The departures from it run from 5 minutes for a sedan at Allocab (10 for a van) to 90 minutes at Kiwitaxi; Booking.com gives 45.
At Precelya the duration depends on the place: airport, 60 minutes; station, 30; any other address, 15. Drivigo applies the same durations.

When does the wait start, and what happens afterwards?
At Precelya the count starts at your real landing: the flight is tracked, the pick-up moves with any delay, and the 60 minutes cover passport control and baggage. At a station it starts when the train actually arrives; at any other address, at the agreed meeting time.
Beyond the free time, every hour of waiting started is charged in full at the price-list rate, shown in the box below. Five or ten minutes is the time to step off the plane; sixty is the time to clear formalities and collect luggage.
Why the duration matters with children
With children, a stroller to find at the end of the belt and a late suitcase, leaving the plane does not take five minutes. A wait of five or ten minutes forces you to call the driver; an hour leaves time for the toilets, a delayed bag and a baby's change without watching the clock.
A longer wait is only worth something if it is certain: the start of the count and what happens beyond it must be written down before booking.
