Free cancellation on a Paris transfer: 24, 48 or 72 hours?
The short answer
24 hours before the scheduled time is the norm (Booking.com, Transfeero, GetTransfer, Hoppa, Airport Transfer Portal), according to the check of 12 October 2026. Exceptions exist: Suntransfers requires 48 hours, Drivigo 72.
Others keep fees even inside the deadline: Welcome keeps 20% beyond 24 hours, and LinkParis refunds 50% between 7 and 3 days before. At Precelya, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up; after that, 50% of the price is due between 24 and 6 hours before, and 100% under 6 hours.

The deadlines recorded, service by service
A 24-hour deadline is the one found most often. It leaves time to change a flight, but not to react to a last-minute mishap. The strictest exceptions stretch the deadline to 48 hours, even 72 hours (three days).

What “free” can hide
A phrase like “free cancellation” does not say what it takes to stay free. A service may keep a percentage as a handling fee, or refund only a fraction in an intermediate window, as is the case for part of the market recorded.
Before booking, reread three things: the deadline in hours, the moment the deadline runs from (pick-up time or landing time), and what is kept, if anything. A 24-hour deadline is more useful than a 72-hour one with fees attached.
Why the deadline matters for a family
A family trip shifts for reasons nobody controls: a sick child, a changed flight, a missed connection. A short deadline lets you keep control until the day before; a long one commits the booking earlier.
If the flight changes, the pick-up follows the real flight time: the driver tracks your flight number, so a simple delay needs nothing cancelled.
Cancellation at Precelya
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up time. After that, 50% of the price is due for a cancellation between 24 and 6 hours before, and 100% under 6 hours or if you do not turn up: not at the meeting point when the free waiting time ends, without having cancelled or answered the driver (letting us know you are running late is not a no-show; extra waiting is then charged at the waiting rate).
