By the hour and day hire
The show in the morning, lunch in Paris, two meetings at La Défense in the afternoon: keep the driver. Hourly hire costs €72 an hour by sedan and €88 by van, 3 hours minimum, so €216 or €264. Eight hours by van come to €704. Each hour includes 20 km; any extra distance is priced in the confirmed quote.

The Euronaval show runs 3 to 6 November 2026, from 9 am to 5:30 pm from Tuesday 3 to Thursday 5 November, 9 am to 4 pm on Friday 6. Aim for the doors opening at 9 am for your drop-off.

Opening conference
It takes place on 2 November 2026 at the Maison de la Chimie (Paris 7th), 8:30 am to 2 pm; it was shown as sold out on 28 October 2026. If you are registered, your transfer to Villepinte the next morning leaves from your hotel, at the Paris ↔ show price.

Getting there without us: RER B, organiser's shuttle or car
RER B. The Parc des Expositions station on the RER B serves the Villepinte exhibition centre directly; it lies on the CDG airport branch, before the airport. The RER B runs from about 5 am to midnight; for scale, the RATP gives about 30 minutes from central Paris to CDG (time to the show not recorded). Viparis asks for an Île-de-France ticket (zone 4); the t+ metro ticket is not valid; the Metro-Train-RER ticket (€2.55) works from Paris, as Villepinte is not an airport. From Orly: Orlyval to Antony, then the RER B.
Organiser's shuttle. According to the show's website, an organiser's shuttle links CDG (Terminal 1 gate 10, Terminal 2B, Terminal 2F) with the show, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm from 3 to 5 November, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5 pm on the 6th. No shuttle is announced from Orly or from Paris.
Car. Visitors: A1 then A104, exit no. 2 (Visitors), car park P1. Exhibitors: A1 then A104, exit no. 1 (Exhibitors-Deliveries), car parks Pe6A and Pe6B. Parking is paid on site, by the quarter hour (€0.80 per quarter hour for the first three hours), €20 from the 9th to the 24th hour. From Paris 8th, Mappy gives 22.6 to 27.3 km, toll-free.

A stand gets ready before 9 am. Tell us when the team must be on site: the hotel pick-up is set to match, with a margin. Traffic or not, the amount stays as quoted.
Your equipment travels with you: 7 bags in the guaranteed V-Class van, 5 large and 3 small bags in the 8-seat van. Every morning: "A driver devoted to your ride: no ride before yours, a car prepared and cleaned, and he waits for you".

The show closes at 4 pm on the last day. Paris Aéroport advises arriving 2 hours before a short-haul flight; add 11 to 13 minutes to CDG or 38 to 40 to Orly, plus a margin.
