The Heavent Paris 2026 show runs 17 to 19 November 2026, in Hall 4 of Paris Expo. It is reserved for event professionals: agencies, organisers, technical suppliers, venues, caterers, companies and associations. You run events, so you know what a late driver costs. A private driver drives your team from the hotel to the show each morning, brings everyone back at night, meets you at Roissy or Orly with your equipment, or stays by the hour between the stands and your meetings. After the Wednesday party, the late ride home costs the same as in broad daylight.

Heavent chauffeur service prices, per car and per ride
For a Porte de Versailles private driver, by sedan or by van, the price is fixed for the whole car, at any hour. The "Ride within Paris" line applies from any Paris address, since the venue is inside Paris; a pick-up in the suburbs is priced on request. Morning and evening make two transfers.

The 8-seat van, driven by a partner chauffeur, carries one more person than the V-Class; its capacity is guaranteed, not its model.

By the hour: the show, lunch, meetings
The show in the morning, scouting a venue in the afternoon: keep the driver. Hourly hire costs €72 an hour by sedan and €88 by van, 3 hours minimum; an eight-hour day by van comes to €704. Each hour includes 20 km.

Getting there without us: metro, tram, bus or car
Public transport. Access: metro line 12, Porte de Versailles station; line 8, Balard station; tramways T2 and T3a; bus 80 (Porte de Versailles stop) and 39 (Desnouettes or Porte d'Issy stops). Viparis indicates exit 1 for Halls 2 to 7, exit 2 for Hall 1: for Heavent, exit 1. As the venue is inside Paris, a single Metro-Train-RER ticket (€2.55) does the job from a Paris hotel, though not from the airports. Alone and without luggage, the metro stays cheaper.
Car. Boulevard Périphérique ring road, exit Porte de Versailles. The Salon du Cheval organiser, at the same venue in December, warns of parking spaces limited in 2026 because of works on the exhibition centre. With us: "Tolls and parking included".

For exhibitors: before opening time, with your equipment
A stand gets built before 10 am. Tell us when the team must be at Hall 4: the hotel pick-up is set to match, with a margin; from the 8th, 13 to 17 minutes without traffic. Your equipment travels with you: 7 bags in the guaranteed V-Class van, 5 large and 3 small bags in the 8-seat van.
All three days can be booked in one request, with a different return each evening: late opening until 10 pm on Tuesday, closing at 5 pm on Thursday. One invoice per ride. A Paris Expo chauffeur with us means, every morning, "A driver devoted to your ride: no ride before yours, a car prepared and cleaned, and he waits for you".
Event agency transport in Paris: you are our typical client
You sell the event, we handle the rides. Several vehicles on the same evening, guests to collect at CDG and Orly, speakers to drive back late: one request, one quote, one invoice per ride, 10% VAT included. Every trade show transfer in Paris follows the same rule at midnight as at noon: "Fixed price confirmed before the ride, unchanged at any hour".
